DIN69896/HSK Shrink Chuck

HSK63 shrink fit tool holder is a high-precision tool holder compatible with standard HSK63A/E/F hollow short taper spindles. It relies on the principle of thermal expansion and contraction for clamping: an induction shrink machine heats the clamping end of the holder to expand its inner hole, then straight-shank end mills or drills with h6 tolerance are inserted. After cooling, the holder tightly grips the cutter 360° evenly to form an integrated rigid connection, without intermediate accessories such as collets or lock nuts.

Manufactured from high-temperature resistant hot work tool steel (H13/40CrMoV5), it reaches an overall quenching hardness of 54±2HRC and can be thermally expanded and disassembled over 2,000 times. It fits machining centers and 5-axis machines equipped with mainstream HSK63 spindles.
