A: B1 Radial Right, B2 Radial Left, B3 Overhead Right, B4 Overhead Left. Sizes: VDI16/20/25/30/40/50/60.
Q: What key dimensions do you have?
A: Shank diameter, square tool size, height & length parameters. Dimension drawings available for each model.
Q: What is the accuracy?
A: Positioning tolerance ≤0.005mm, repeat positioning accuracy ≤0.003mm. Runout controlled per DIN69880.
Q: What is the raw material?
A: 40Cr alloy steel, quenched & tempered with local hardening.
Q: Which machines can it fit? What parts can be machined?
A: Fits CNC lathes with VDI turrets. For shaft & disc metal parts: OD turning, facing, grooving, chamfering.
Q: Can you do OEM & custom work?
A: Yes. Laser logo engraving and non-standard customized tool holders are available.
