1.TG100 is an Erickson standard single angle spring clamp, which belongs to the American high-precision strong clamping system. It is equipped with TG100 tool holders (CAT/BT/ERDG-TG tool holders) and is commonly used in machining centers, milling machines, drilling and tapping machines for drilling, milling, and rigid tapping. There are also TG75 and TG150 specifications in the same series.

Knife handle interface: CAT40/CAT50, BT40/BT50 RDG-TG100 knife handle
Applicable equipment: vertical machining center, gantry milling machine, drilling and tapping center, CNC milling machine
Clamping tool: Fried Dough Twists drill, end mill, reamer, tap (common for cylindrical handle/Weldon side fixed handle)

Stronger clamping force: Heavy cutting, high feed rate, less likely to drop the tool
Better rigidity: less vibration during deep hole and long tool machining
Tapping special version: with square drive, rigid tapping stability far exceeds ER
