JM71 Stright shank collets

JM71 straight handle clamp spring, also known as SC strong tube clamp, is a needle roller type strong milling chuck matched with elastic clamp sleeve. It is a standard model of the original factory in China and is suitable for milling machines, machining centers MT Mohs cone, 7:24 cone handle, R8, ISO30/40 tool holder. It focuses on high clamping force and high concentricity, and is suitable for heavy cutting milling, drilling, and boring processing.

Material: 65Mn elastic manganese steel, quenched HRC44-48, with long-lasting elasticity and resistance to cracking

Accuracy: Regular 0.015mm, Precision 0.01mm

Structure: 3-petal open elastic groove, straight handle outer circle, compatible with JM71 series milling clamp body
