This high-precision punch former is an essential fixture for surface grinders, used for grinding punches, pins, small shafts and mold pins to achieve precise roundness and concentricity. It comes complete with a 3-jaw self-centering chuck, extra jaws and a turning wrench for full out-of-box use.

ZCYQ80D ER Collet Punch

Clamping diameter: 2-20

Supply ER32 collet sizes: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20

For workpieces with a diameter less than 4 mm, use a shank 20 mm/ER16 collet chuck.

When machining, the workpiece can be clamped quickly and stably without checking the center.
