Core structural principle

1. Needle locking structure: The nut is equipped with multiple sets of precision needle rollers. When the nut is rotated, the inclined surface of the needle rollers pushes the inner cylinder to shrink evenly, holding the straight handle tool tightly; Locking is effortless, evenly distributed, not easy to slip, and does not damage the tool holder.

2. Thickened thick walled body: The clamping section of the cylinder wall is significantly thickened, with bending and vibration resistance far exceeding that of the ER handle, and the tool does not vibrate during heavy cutting.

3. Split sealing structure: Double dust-proof and waterproof rings, blocking cutting fluid and iron filings from entering the internal needle rollers, extending the service life.

4. Straight tube clamping: Equipped with strong tube clamps (C20/C25/C32/C42) as standard, the clamping range is fixed without the need for multiple layers of spring clamps.

1. Extremely strong clamping force: The clamping force is 2-3 times that of ordinary ER tool holders, and it will not drop or slip during high feed, deep cutting, and large margin roughing.

2. High rigidity seismic resistance: thick wall+large area fitting, minimal rough machining vibration, lower tool wear, and better surface quality.

3. Stable accuracy: The radial runout of standard products is ≤ 0.005mm, and the dynamic balance can reach G2.5 (available at 30000rpm high speed).

4. Heavy duty durability: Made of 20CrMnTi material, quenched to a hardness of 58-60HRC, subjected to low-temperature stress relief treatment, and will not deform after long-term use.

5. Compatible with automatic tool changing: Standard BT taper handle, compatible with all BT30/40/50 vertical machining center ATC tool libraries.

Precautions for use

1. Before clamping, clean the inner hole of the tool handle, the cylinder clamp, and the tool handle to ensure that there are no iron filings or oil stains;

2. The cylinder clamp must match the nominal diameter of the cutting tool, and it is forbidden to clamp too large or too small;

3. Use a matching special wrench for locking, and do not forcefully exceed the torque for locking;

4. Regularly inspect the needle rollers and cylinder clamps for cracking and wear during long-term heavy cutting;

5. Pursuing high-speed precision machining, it is recommended to do dynamic balancing G2.5
