Structural Description
Outer cone: installed in the spindle hole of the machine tool (MT #)
Inner cone: accommodates drill bit/tap/intermediate sleeve (MT #)
Side flat groove: retract the tool groove and use a wedge to remove the tool
Whole quenching+internal and external precision grinding, high-precision H-grade circular runout ≤ 0.02mm
Purpose:
1. Extend the clamping distance when the depth of the spindle taper hole is insufficient
2. The Mohs cones of different sizes rotate with each other, without the need to replace the spindle
3. Universal high-precision clamping for drilling machines, lathe tailstock, and milling cutter shank
