This interchangeable‑tip live center (insert‑type revolving center) is fitted with a Morse taper shank and high‑precision internal bearings. Multiple replaceable tips can be swapped quickly without removing the main body from the lathe tailstock. Supplied in a complete kit with different tip heads, it covers most common turning requirements for solid shafts, hollow tubes and large‑end work‑pieces. The heavy‑duty bearing structure guarantees low run‑out, smooth rotation, low friction and long service life. Packaged in a sturdy portable plastic case for convenient storage and transport.

Application

It is installed on the tailstock of conventional lathes and CNC lathes to support the free end of work‑pieces during machining. By changing different tips, it is adaptable to various work‑pieces: ‑ 60° pointed tips: for shaft parts with standard center holes ‑ Bowl‑shaped / umbrella tip: for hollow work‑pieces, pipes and sleeves ‑ Face‑washer tip: for components with large end‑faces. Ideal for general‑purpose turning, finishing and heavy‑duty lathe work.
