Brief Introduction to GT Precision Modular Vise

GT precision modular vise is an all-steel high-precision fixture specially used for machining centers, milling machines, grinders and EDM, which replaces traditional cast iron vises and becomes mainstream tooling for CNC machining.

Made of carburized and quenched 20CrMnTi alloy steel with hardness of HRC 58–62, it features excellent wear resistance and deformation resistance. Its parallelism and perpendicularity reach 0.005 mm per 100 mm, avoiding workpiece lifting during clamping with strong clamping rigidity to prevent tool chatter.

With modular equal-height structure, multiple vises can be assembled side by side freely. The base with standard T-slots is compatible with zero-point positioning plates for fast fixture change, suitable for automated production lines.

Main models include GT100/125/150/175/200, applicable to fine machining of small parts, heavy cutting of steel and multi-station mass production. It can process aluminum, mold steel, carbon steel, auto parts and other workpieces with balanced precision and clamping force.
