Our self-centering CNC vise is a professional concentric fixture specially engineered for 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers, widely matched with EROWA, 3R zero point quick change system. Adopting dual synchronous sliding jaw design, the machine vise delivers automatic centering without manual alignment, with ultra-high repeat positioning accuracy up to 0.02mm. Made of premium alloy steel with full quenching hardening treatment, the fixture supports maximum 25kN heavy clamping force, featuring wear-resistant serrated jaws, large adjustable clamping opening and multiple mounting holes for flexible workpiece clamping. Multiple models (H55/H60/H90) are available to cover small, medium and large batch metal & mold machining demands.
