1.HSK-F63 taper shank features dual contact of taper surface and flange, delivering high rigidity and excellent repeat positioning accuracy, ideal for high-speed machining.

2.ER collet boasts a wide clamping range and great interchangeability, suitable for holding straight shank milling cutters, drills, engraving cutters and more.

Material & Processing

3.Made of premium 20CrMnTi steel, treated with vacuum carburizing and quenching, hardness reaches HRC 58–62.Precision ground inner bore ensures high concentricity and superior surface finish.

4.Dynamic Balance

Factory pre-balanced to G2.5 grade, which suppresses vibration at high speeds, extending tool service life and improving workpiece surface quality.
