A: EOC nut also called OZ ball bearing collet nut. It fits DIN6388 EOC/OZ collet chuck. Built-in ball bearings, it compresses EOC collet to clamp drills and milling cutters. High clamping force for heavy cutting, used for milling machine quick change chucks. Sizes: EOC16, EOC20, EOC25, EOC32.
A: EOC(OZ): with ball bearing, large clamping force for heavy cutting, wide clamping range. ER nut: no ball bearing, for light/medium finishing. Not interchangeable.
A: Nut must match EOC holder and EOC collet. EOC25 nut only works with EOC25 holder and EOC25 collet. Cross model not allowed.
A: Reduce friction, easier tightening, uniform pressure, anti-loose during heavy cutting.
A: Determined by matching EOC collet. EOC25:3–25mm; EOC32:4–32mm.
A: Chips on contact surface, worn collet, damaged nut, dirty tool shank. Clean and inspect parts.
A: Fit collet and tool, hand-screw nut then tighten with special wrench. Do not over-torque, avoid thread damage and ball jamming.
A: CNC machining center, conventional milling machine quick change chuck, for rough milling, heavy cutting and drilling.
A: Clean chips on thread and end face after use. Lubricate ball regularly. Never strike the nut. Replace if balls jam or thread damaged.
A: DIN6388 standard. Type A for slim collet; Type B for wide collet. A nut only for A collet, B nut only for B collet, cannot mix.
