This E4 series VDI tool holder is manufactured strictly in accordance with German DIN69880 international standard, matched with DIN6499 ER collets. It is a standard static tool holder specially designed for CNC lathe turret and turn-milling composite machining centers, widely used in drilling, tapping, boring and light milling processing. Made of high-strength alloy steel with overall quenching and vacuum nitriding treatment, it features high concentricity, strong rigidity, excellent wear resistance and long service life. Support multiple specifications of VDI shank (VDI16/20/25/30/40/50) and ER collet specifications (ER16/20/25/32/40), customized logo and size are available.
